Hello everyone, my name is Stera, I’m from Finland and I have been out here to complete my 200 hours yoga teacher certification and I’m so happy and blessed to take this journey with me, journey inside of myself and journey with my new yoga family and I can say that go beyond your mind and body and experience something very beautiful for me, what has ever happened to me, and it has happened in three weeks, so it’s very effective, all the lessons that they provide for us about philosophy, anatomy, specifically pranayama, and also asana and hatha yoga, so there’s a lot of multiple options to learn here, and of course, it’s all up to you so I can totally recommend that you also take these tools for you and come here to change your life and come here to change your life and yes, thank you so much, namaste
